Terms & Condition of Sales:

  1. Please report damaged or missing parts by email to furnituredfo@gmail.com within 7 days after goods have been received, attach the tax invoice and related photos that indicate the damage or missing parts in the email.
  2. Delivery time: Items in stock will be delivered within 7 working days and with items out of stock, the sales person will contact with you for estimated delivery time frame.
  3. There will be no refund or exchange for floor stock, clearance or special order items.
  4. Your order can only be cancelled or exchanged before dispatch, a 20% cancellation charge will be applied or the full amount purchase can be exchanged to a store credit for future purchase. The exchange or the cancellation of the products must be within 1 month from the purchase date.
  5. Additional delivery charge will be applied if the goods are to be brought upstairs of a unit without a lift. We delivery door to door only. We don’t carry the goods into certain rooms or upstairs of your premises.
  6. No refunds on delivery fee if items have been delivered.
  7. Furniture FDO will not refund if furniture does not fit into your premises.
  8. “Floor Stock” & “Clearance Items”- Customer accept purchase item on floor condition & cannot be disturbed.
  9. All faulty and missing parts can be replaced and are to be collected by customers from our warehouse.
